Raechel Stewart, Esq.

Raechel Stewart, Esq.
Raechel Stewart came to estate planning and elder law by way of philosophy, and that background is not incidental to how she practices. Before earning her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, she studied Philosophy at Loyola University, where she developed a rigorous approach to critical thinking and ethical reasoning that continues to shape how she works through complex, high-stakes decisions with clients today.
At Milvidskiy Law Group, Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on elder law, estate planning, real estate, and estate administration. She works with individuals and families at some of the most sensitive crossroads they will face, whether that means probating an estate, establishing a guardianship, or building a comprehensive plan that reflects what a client actually values and wants to protect. Her approach is unhurried and genuinely attentive. She understands that clients often arrive uncertain, overwhelmed, or carrying grief, and she takes seriously the responsibility of making that process feel clear, human, and manageable.
Ms. Stewart holds a particular conviction about what estate planning is and is not. It is not an obligation to check off a list or a document to file away and forget. It is a meaningful act of care, for the people a client loves and for the life they have built. That framing shapes every conversation she has, and clients consistently note that her warmth, responsiveness, and patience helped them move through a process they had long been avoiding.
Ms. Stewart is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola University.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Stewart pursues photography and hiking, and most often finds a way to combine the two.
