Raechel Stewart came to estate planning and elder law by way of philosophy, and that background is not incidental to how she practices. Before earning her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, she studied Philosophy at Loyola University, where she developed a rigorous approach to critical thinking and ethical reasoning that continues to shape how she works through complex, high-stakes decisions with clients today.

At Milvidskiy Law Group, Ms. Stewart focuses her practice on elder law, estate planning, real estate, and estate administration. She works with individuals and families at some of the most sensitive crossroads they will face, whether that means probating an estate, establishing a guardianship, or building a comprehensive plan that reflects what a client actually values and wants to protect. Her approach is unhurried and genuinely attentive. When she is not practicing law, Ms. Stewart pursues photography and hiking, and most often finds a way to combine the two.
