Denise C. Ocasio, Esq.

Denise Ocasio is a seasoned attorney who brings years of diverse legal experience to the firm. Her expertise spans probate, estate and trust litigation, as well as cases involving medical malpractice and nursing home neglect and abuse.

Ms. Ocasio earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2000 and completed her undergraduate studies at the University at Albany – SUNY, receiving a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Communication.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Ocasio’s practice focused on nursing home malpractice and probate litigation. Her professional background also includes experience in elder law, estate administration, and Medicaid planning.

A constant in her career is her deep understanding of the additional care her clients need during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Ms. Ocasio is licensed to practice both in New Jersey and New York. She lives in Bergen County, NJ, with her husband, two daughters, and their family dog. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and traveling.
