Andrey Milvidskiy

Mr. Milvidskiy is the founding member and principal attorney of the firm with his practice focused on asset preservation, elder law, estate and tax planning. He is the author of the book The Law of Aging: Estate Planning and Beyond (2020).

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Milvidskiy had a successful business career concentrated in private equity and finance, real estate investment and development. He holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University and a J.D. (cum laude) from the Rutgers University School of Law. Having weathered (and survived) the recession of 2008, Mr. Milvidskiy decided to devote his legal practice to helping others, especially elderly, to protect what they’ve worked for and avoid financial ruin when life throws a curveball, as it often does.

Mr. Milvidskiy is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also accredited by the Veterans Administration. Mr. Milvidskiy is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and before the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

His expertise and passion have made him a sought-after speaker on the topics of long-term care planning and asset protection trusts. Mr. Milvidskiy dedicates much of his time to public speaking, authoring books and articles, and community education. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and sailing.
