Ms. Cook Bayer began her legal career as a public interest staff attorney for Mobilization for Justice (previously MFY Legal Services) where she practiced Social Security law. Attorney Bayer brings almost 20 years of geriatric case management experience working primarily with older adults, persons living with disabilities and their family caregivers. Having worked closely with clients as the “boots on the ground,” she has a unique perspective when it comes to estate and asset protection planning as she understands how things play out “in the real world” when things are done properly—and when there are lapses.
